Mr Teh See Khoon is an Associate at Kumar & Co. He obtained his LL.B from the Multimedia University, Melaka in 2016. He commenced his pupillage under our founding partner Dato’ Seri K. Kumaraendran, he was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in May 2017.

Since the start of his practice as a defence counsel in 2017, he has been exposed and involved in various types of criminal cases such as commercial crime, capital punishment cases, preventive detention and general crimes. He is also skilled in the defence of crimes punishable under Penal Code, Dangerous Drugs Act, Anti-Money Laundering & Anti-Terrorism Financing Act and Capital Markets and Service Act. Mr Teh has also been involved in several notable cases such as an Insider Trading case under Section 188(2)(a) of the Capital Markets and Service Act 2007 involving the former DIS Technology’s Berhad Managing Director, a Cheating case under Section 420 of the Penal Code involving former Silver Bird Group Bhd Managing Director and a very high profile case of Culpable Homicide not amounting to murder case under Section 304 (b) of the Penal Code involving an obstetrics and gynaecology specialist.
