Ms Sagana Kaliyapan obtained her LL.B (Hons) from University of London and passed her Certificate of Legal Practice in 2022. She commenced her pupillage under our founding partner Dato Seri K. Kumaraendran and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of High Court Malaya in June 2023.

Since her pupillage, Ms Sagana has been exposed and involved in various criminal law pertaining to Dangerous Drugs act, Forfeiture of Property under the Dangerous Drugs Act, Security Offences Special Measure Act 2012 (SOSMA) and other serious and violent offence.

Ms Sagana is well-trained in Civil Litigation involving bodily injury claim and property damages for both third-party claim as well as for insurance defence, banking litigation, probate, letter of administration, and Conveyancing mainly for the Sub-sale.
