Ms. Thanushini d/o Moorthy graduated and obtained her LLB (Hons) law degree from The National University of Malaysia in 2020. She was then called to the Bar in November 2021 and joined Kumar & Co, Penang as a Legal Assistant in 2022.

Ms. Thanushini has experience in both advisory and litigation support for bodily injury claims. Currently, her focus has been in handling complex insurance litigation matters and fraudulent claims whereby she deals with cases pertaining to defence and settlement for motor-insurance claims.

Ms. Thanushini is recognised notably for her expertise in achieving practical and effective solutions and has successfully negotiated over numerous settlements since the beginning of her career. She has conducted trials in these area of practice at the Magistrate’s and Sessions Courts. She also attends to the appellate matters at our firm.
